Job Description:

• We are seeking a Technical Compliance Content Specialist to join our team, specializing in performing complex content searches per support legal and compliance requirements.
• This role primarily involves creating and executing complex searches using eDiscovery tools within Microsoft Purview and generating outputs for legal review.
• The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills in content search methodologies and be adept at translating legal requirements into actionable search queries.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with legal and compliance teams to understand search requirements and compliance objectives.
• Translate legal and compliance guidance into technical search parameters and criteria.
• Develop and execute complex content searches within Content Search and eDiscovery within Microsoft Purview, utilizing advanced search functionalities and tools.
• Implement search strategies to retrieve relevant data, including emails, documents, and other digital content, in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Generate detailed reports and summaries of search results, providing clear and concise documentation for legal review.
• Work with legal and compliance teams to refine search criteria and adjust methodologies as needed to meet evolving requirements.
• Collaborate with IT and security teams to ensure data privacy and security measures are maintained throughout the search process.

Requirements:

• Demonstrated proficiency in content search methodologies within Microsoft Purview.
• Strong technical skills in creating and executing complex KQL search queries.
• Ability to interpret legal and compliance requirements and translate them into actionable search criteria.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and precision in search execution and documentation.
• Effective communication skills with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience working in a technical role supporting legal or compliance functions is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification or training in content search methodologies or eDiscovery tools.
• Experience with other search and retrieval tools or platforms outside of Microsoft Purview.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues related to content searches and retrieval.
• Cloud Forensics experience is a plus
