Job Description

The customer is looking for a F5 resource that has experience with F5’s Distributed Cloud solution. Distributed Cloud covers a lot of different areas, we’re focused on the WAF and Network/Proxy capabilities.

 

The responsibilities for this resource include:

  • Implement load balancing with CNAME redirection
  • Configure and manage WAF policies for security
  • Manage distributed cloud infrastructure
  • Troubleshoot and optimize load balancing and WAF
  • Document configurations and provide support

 

Qualifications:

  • Experience with Distributed Cloud offerings, which is the rebranding of Silverline.  
  • F5 Distributed Cloud Services is not just a renaming of Silverline but rather a combination of Silverline and Volterra.  Looking for resources that have experience with DCS. 
  • A good foundational understanding of F5 WAF will be required.
