As a Vertex AI Implementation Specialist, you will play a crucial role in integrating and optimizing Vertex AI solutions for e-commerce applications. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs, implement Vertex AI Search for commerce, and ensure seamless integration with existing systems.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients to assess their e-commerce needs and tailor Vertex AI solutions accordingly.

• Implement and configure Vertex AI Search for commerce, including product catalog integration and user event tracking.

• Guide clients through the entire implementation process, from project setup to model training and tuning.

• Develop and maintain product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business goals and resource availability.

• Work cross-functionally with engineering, legal, and customer-facing teams to gather and prioritize product requirements.

• Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends and emerging compliance requirements.

• Assist in setting up monitoring, alerts, and A/B experiments to evaluate the performance of Vertex AI implementations.

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Vertex AI products.

 

Required Qualifications:

• Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms and AI technologies.
• Experience with cloud platforms, preferably Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Proficiency in data integration, API implementations, and user event tracking.
• Familiarity with machine learning concepts and generative AI technologies.
• Excellent project management and communication skills.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into business value for clients.
