Our client has a contract need for a Desktop Support Technician who will be responsible for provisioning desktops, laptops and mobile devices, including Windows image deployment, initial configuration and setup. Provides status updates to customers, Service Desk and management as required.

Requirements:

  • Break-fix experience with desktop class hardware including desktops, laptops, tablets, smartphones, and thin clients.
  • Experience configuring external peripheral devices, such as printers and scanners.
