Director of Sales/Branch Manager
  • Run a staffing office which includes overseeing operational, sales, and recruiting activities; actively screen and interview applicants
  • Use standard and creative recruiting sources to ensure the supply of qualified candidates to fill client job orders
  • Ensure all colleagues in your branch are engaging in margin generating activities
  • Meet regularly with clients to ensure quality of placements and satisfaction with our service
  • Support your branch sales representative and monitor new business development; develop multi-level relationships in client organizations to assure retention and further development
  • Select, hire, train, and develop your own amazing staff
  • Manage your team and ensure results with hands-on coaching and counseling
  • Plan for seasonal peaks in business and recruiting ramp-ups
  • Establish and communicate goals, objectives, and incentives to your staff regularly
  • Analyze weekly branch numbers and review monthly P&L statements against defined goals
  • Other duties as assigned

 
Your Attributes

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Business Management, or a related field
  • Knowledge of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint word processing software, CRM experience preferred
  • Passion for working with people
  • Exceptional customer service skills, systems knowledge, and leadership experience
  • Staffing industry experience a plus
  • Ability to adapt to change and work in a fast-paced, team environment
  • Proven track record of sales growth
  • Ability to manage, motivate, coach, and train others
  • A career-minded individual with a desire to learn and grow
  • Desire to embrace new technology and efficiencies
