Our Columbus, Ohio client has a direct hire need for a Tech Lead who will work directly for the CTO and with the app development team for the build, support, and maintenance of the application. Full-time employment role with compensation, benefits, and options. Interface with internal stakeholders when delivering functionality. Interface with clients and business partners for client-facing issues. Manage technical research projects.

**Prefers on-site 1 day a week

CORE TECHNICAL SKILLS

• Elixir/Phoenix (Ruby experience is acceptable)
• LiveView
• Basic UNIX skills

ADDITIONAL TECHNICAL SKILLS

• Git
• SQL
• AWS (EC2, S3, Lambda, Fargate)
• Kubernetes
• Security

OTHER SAMPLE TASKS

• Create new screens in the existing application based on provided HTML & CSS design files
• Modify existing screens for new functionality
• Assist clients with technical integration
• Content updates
• Light design work
• Bug fixes
• Diagnosing system issues
