The Implementation Coordinator in this 3rd shift contract role is responsible for assisting in the successful roll-out of IT related hardware to stores. This includes working closely with technicians and PMs overnight by phone or WebEx to ensure all installation tasks are completed according to documented plans, troubleshooting and escalating issues as necessary, and communicating store status to PMs and morning team in a timely manner.
This person will be working on multiple stores across multiple time zones each night so organization and attention to detail is a must.
- Candidates must have several years of technical experience in a help desk, support, or technical project role.
- Experience with Remedy, SCCM, AD, DNS is preferred.
***NOTE: the hours for this role will be 3rd shift/overnight. The night shift hours will vary based on the specific stores that are being upgraded overnight – where they are located (time zone) and what the store’s specific hours of operation are. This shift will work Sunday night through Thursday night. Sunday night will be an earlier start (6 pm) because stores generally close earlier on Sunday night than a weeknight. Mon-Thurs the shift could start anywhere from 8 pm to 11 pm; shifts will be 8-10 hours***
Remote work; Candidates would start with 2-3 weeks of training and project prep then ramp up into project roll-out. 3rd shift/overnight role would work daytime shifts during training
