Our Columbus, Ohio client has a contract opportunity for a Senior Business System Analyst.
 
Here are the core skills in order of importance:

• Requirements gathering, Process Flow definition
• Test Script creation (Functional, System, Integration, and Regression)
• Data Modeling experience for Data Migration and integration
• Agile/Iterative experience
• Business/Functional knowledge of Professional Services

Day to day is typical project work:
During requirements:

• Lead workshops
• Gather requirements covering business needs, integration mapping, data migration, security roles, etc.
• Follow up on open points that need clarification
• Stay organized and on top of deadlines, deliverables, and quality of work

During Implementation:

• Work on documenting designs with architects
• Plan testing, OCM, support KBs
• Execute functional testing
• Work on Jira tickets to clarify points for developers
• Support UAT test script creation
• Support PM/Lead on coordinating with other teams and resources
