A SharePoint Business Analyst is needed for a remote contract opportunity. The project objective is to build a POC to familiarize and demonstrate knowledge and application/experience with SharePoint SE. This is a technical SharePoint migration project: Client will want to know the projects you’ve done as a BA and what documents you collected to get them to the next level of SharePoint. 

The role:

• The overall objective of the project is to move SharePoint 2019 as is, and do an in-place upgrade to SharePoint Subscription Edition On Premise. The content, information architecture, look and feel, any custom workflows, forms and applications should remain the same. We would like to migrate with as little disruption as possible. 
• The second part is to use One Drive online and map that to the local C drive (My Documents in laptops) to ensure that all all documents are labeled
• The user should literally not know there was a change in underpinning system. The bookmarks should remain the same. 

Qualifications:

• Show some of the documents you did and produced on SharePoint. Please show the artifacts. 
• Governance, high level landscape, write requirements/functions and map them together 
• Along with PM tools, other tools which would be good to have; include Figma, Business Functionality Requirements, User Center Design, UML/ UAT Diagrams, Testing, Meeting Notes.
