Job Description
The Marketing Manager serves as the creative asset point of contact for the team: the employee will work closely with the Creative, Publicity, Creative Content and US Digital teams to compile and share with all stakeholders the different assets that are available for the campaign (posters, trailers, featurettes, clips, stills, etc…)
- Hybrid – Mon, Wed, Thursday in office – Los Angeles, CA
- Hours: Start at 9-6 in general, can flex a little
Job Description:
- Create ad banner campaigns and assets.
- Provide assets to international markets for localization.
- Oversee social media campaigns and creation of social assets with agencies
- Manage social and creator agencies for title campaigns
- Manage media led activations, including global assets for campaigns, and creating bespoke programs such as games or streaming activations come to life.
- Sync with US digital team for calendars and schedules of social postings, and ensure assets are provided for localization.
- Help plan and organize influencer activations, including travel, logistics, on the ground coordination and reporting.
- Work closely with the Legal team to ensure that agencies and 3rd party vendors are properly contracted, including NDAs, Statement of Work, etc.
- Assist with content launches, including trailers, featurettes, etc., and help create digital assets to support the launch (banners, social media skins, etc.)
- Work with 60+ markets to review and provide feedback on their local digital assets, manage timelines and QA process for games and features, and will manage the launch of international ticketing platforms
- Assist in the creation of filmmaker decks, overview decks, guidelines and wrap up reports.
QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS
- 3+ years’ experience in digital marketing within media/entertainment, digital, media or creative agency, or closely related field. Prior digital marketing work within international is helpful.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite and Photoshop, and a deep knowledge of social media platforms.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Foreign language a plus.
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
