Job Description
The Principal Program Manager is responsible for leading the Personalization Squad with our client. This includes:

Managing strategy formation, process definition, organizational design, and technology delivery

Leading cross-functional teams (business, tech, and 3rd-party vendors)
-
Aligning with strategic goals to ensure impactful execution
-
Driving integration across initiatives to meet stakeholder needs
-
Ensuring adherence to processes that enable optimal outcomes
Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership:
Breaks down business strategies to help define program vision and outcomes within the squad. -
Communication:
Articulates strategy and business plans clearly across internal and external stakeholders. -
Program Governance:
Oversees production/approval of programs, ensuring alignment with org structures, compliance, and process governance. -
Team Enablement:
Adds team members as needed, provides mentorship, and enhances team capabilities. -
Stakeholder Alignment:
Communicates the value of the program; secures buy-in by explaining alignment to the broader mission and goals. -
Engagement Management:
Defines stakeholder roles and manages engagement planning. -
Review & Metrics:
Oversees the program review process to provide actionable insights and recommendations for decisions. -
Clarity & Decision-Making:
Ensures roles and responsibilities are clearly defined to support rapid decision-making.
