A three-month contract opportunity is available in Newbury, Ohio for an IT Infrastructure Engineer. 

• 40+ hours per week (possibly) for the first month to get caught up
• Onsite 2 days/week

Skillset:
Core Infrastructure & Systems

• Microsoft Server Environment: Administration and maintenance.
• Active Directory (AD): Sync with Microsoft 365; Entra ID integration (no Okta/Ping).
• Microsoft 365: Hosted by Microsoft; includes Exchange and Outlook.
• VMware: Virtualization management.
• Veeam: Backup solutions.
• Expedient / Zerto: Backup to tape (Zerto suspected, needs confirmation).

Networking

• Meraki: Firewall, switches, and access point configuration and management.
• VPN: Setup and support as needed.
• Global Network Support: Coordination with vendors for hardware installs (e.g., switch deployment in Denmark, France, Belgium).

Endpoint & Device Management

• Intune: Internal use for patching and device management.
• SCCM: Used for server patch management.
• SysAid: Ticketing system (no formal change management process).
• MFA: Dual mobile authentication.

Security & Monitoring

• CrowdStrike: Endpoint protection, monitoring, and incident response.
• Dell SecureWorks (Taegis): Agent deployment and monitoring.
• Vulnerability Scanning: Using Taegis and Sophos.
• Incident Response: Participation in global incident calls for new issues or changes.

Communication & Collaboration

• 8×8: Experience preferred (VoIP/UCaaS platform).

Tools & Projects

• NinjaOne: Potential new deployment.
• Rubrik: New backup/DR solution under consideration.

• Provided Equipment: Company will supply phone and laptop.
