We are seeking a remote Project Manager contractor to lead the implementation and rollout of an email prioritization tool for targeted business groups. This role is responsible for hands-on execution, including planning, stakeholder coordination, training, onboarding/offboarding processes, vendor coordination, issue monitoring, and adoption tracking. The engagement is time-boxed and focused on delivering a successful rollout with clear handoff to internal teams.
Duration: 2-3 months, with potential for more time dependent on rollout expansion
Hours: 40 hours per week
Location: Remote
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage the rollout plan, timeline, and milestones
- Coordinate across IT, business leadership, operations, and vendors
- Execute communications, training, and change management activities
- Manage onboarding and offboarding processes for users
- Track issues, risks, and adoption metrics; provide executive-ready updates
- Provide support within the application by adjusting, creating or removing rulesDeliverables
- Approved implementation and rollout plan
- Documented onboarding/offboarding processes
- Training materials and communications
- Successful rollout with hands on support
- Adoption metrics and final transition documentation
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in project coordination/management, implementation, or tool rollouts
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience driving end-user adoption
- Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, time-bound environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams)
- Prior vendor coordination experience
- Experience with excellent customer service/support
