Our Columbus, Ohio client has a contract-to-hire opportunity for an SAP Engineer who will be accountable for the services of SAP for the client. Leads other developers to reduce incident rates. Works with audit teams to comply with control tests. Reviews and improves the quality of changes in production.
 

• This is a hybrid role (in office Tues-Thurs)
• On-call will be expected for major incidents.

 
Qualifications:

• Knowledge of SAP MM, PM, FI/CO, Basis, GRC, ABAP
• Familiar with ServiceNow 6
• Must be a contract to hire arrangement
• 3 – 5 years SAP experience required
• 1+ years of experience in project management
• Ability to work effectively in an outsourced IT environment
• Experience with and knowledge of legacy and new computing architectures
• Experience with managing technology costs
• Experience working with a variety of technologies within a domain
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related discipline or relevant work experience

 
Responsibilities

• Identify defects that will be prioritized by Product Owners
• Organize and maintain SAP documentation
• Manage licenses for compliance and cost reduction
• Provide recommendations to be considered in developing the Technology roadmap
