We are seeking a Program Manager to lead complex, cross-functional programs across Product and Engineering. This role is accountable for driving meaningful business outcomes by aligning strategy to execution across multiple initiatives. You will bring clarity to ambiguous problem spaces, ensure teams are focused on the highest-impact work, and drive coordinated execution across teams.
You will partner closely with Product, Engineering, and leadership to shape priorities, manage dependencies, and ensure programs deliver measurable impact.

What You’ll Do
Own Program Outcomes
- Define clear program goals, success metrics, and intended outcomes
- Ensure all initiatives within the program align to a cohesive strategy
- Continuously assess progress against outcomes and adjust direction as needed
Drive Alignment Across Product & Engineering
- Partner with Product, Engineering, and leadership to align on priorities, sequencing, and tradeoffs
- Identify misalignment early and drive resolution through structured decision-making
- Ensure teams are working toward shared outcomes across initiatives
Translate Strategy into Coordinated Execution
- Break down high-level goals into a cohesive set of initiatives and plans
- Define scope, sequencing, dependencies, and ownership across teams
- Ensure execution reflects program intent, even as priorities evolve
Lead Through Ambiguity
- Bring clarity to evolving or undefined problem spaces
- Establish structure where needed to enable teams to move forward effectively
- Navigate competing priorities while maintaining momentum
Establish Program Governance & Operating Models
- Define and drive program governance, decision-making frameworks, and operating rhythms
- Create consistency in how programs are planned, tracked, and executed across teams
- Ensure clear ownership, accountability, and visibility across workstreams
Drive Capacity Planning, Prioritization & Sequencing
- Partner with Product and Engineering to ensure initiatives are realistically scoped and resourced
- Balance priorities across competing efforts to optimize for program outcomes
- Continuously reassess sequencing and tradeoffs as conditions evolve
Drive Program-Level Visibility & Decision-Making
- Establish clear, outcome-focused reporting on program health, risks, and progress
- Surface tradeoffs and decisions needed from leadership
- Enable timely, informed decision-making across stakeholders
Operate as a Cross-Functional Leader
- Influence across Product, Engineering, Design, and business stakeholders
- Drive accountability and ensure commitments are met
- Communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical audiences
Ensure Delivery Translates to Business Impact
- Drive operational readiness, adoption, and post-launch success
- Ensure programs achieve intended outcomes beyond initial release
- Partner with stakeholders to validate impact and course-correct as needed
Continuously Improve How Programs Are Delivered
- Identify systemic gaps in planning, prioritization, and execution
- Introduce improvements that increase predictability, efficiency, and impact
- Help evolve how the organization manages complex, cross-functional work
Technical Context
- Comfortable operating in technical environments and understanding how systems, APIs, and dependencies interact
- Able to connect technical execution to business outcomes
- Trusted partner to Engineering and Product
What We’re Looking For
- Looking for a Program manager who has hands on experience in owning complex, cross-functional initiatives and demonstrated ability to align strategy, priorities, and execution across multiple team.
- Candidate should be able to define clear program goals, success metrics, and intended outcomes and ensure all initiatives within the program align to a cohesive strategy.
- Someone with hands one experience in operating in ambiguity and creating structure where none exists and experience establishing program governance and improving operating models.
- Experience working across Product and Engineering organizations.
- Strong experience in Jira, Confluence and hands-on experience working within Agile teams.
- Proven program management experience owning complex, cross-functional initiatives
- Demonstrated ability to align strategy, priorities, and execution across multiple teams
- Strong track record of driving measurable outcomes
- Experience operating in ambiguity and creating structure where none exists
- Experience establishing program governance and improving operating models
- Strong systems thinking, including managing dependencies, sequencing, and tradeoffs
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to proactively identify and resolve risks, dependencies, and misalignment
- 5-10+ years of experience in program or project management within technical or product environments
Nice to Have
- Experience in SaaS or platform-based product environments
- Experience working across Product and Engineering organizations
- Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Smartsheet
