Seeking a Network Engineer contractor in Pittsburgh, PA to engineer and architect firewall infrastructure for client sites globally. Expert in the field of Cisco firewalls and implementation in a manufacturing environment. Daily duties involve project and support work. 5 days a week.  Some off hours work as the changes that are made occur off hours.
 
Responsibilities:

• Lead project to convert from Cisco ASA firewalls to Firepower OS.
• Set up servers and Firewall Management Console, to manage and monitor all firewalls.
• Convert each set of firewalls for each site and combine firewalls when more than two exist.
• As the firewalls are converted, transition support of said firewalls to the TCS Network Operations team.
• Work with the Enterprise Network Team and help educate in order to facilitate firewall knowledge and support throughout the organization.
• Network engineer, SD WAN troubleshooting, Firewall troubleshooting

 
Minimum Requirements:

• 5+ years’ experience
• Good customer service skills
• Good documentation skills

 
Stand out qualifications:

• In depth Cisco knowledge
• In depth Aruba SD WAN knowledge
